Residential Practitioner

Tasks
As a Residential Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing constant supervision and care for children in a residential setting.
* Offering emotional support and building trusting relationships with the children.
* Offering guidance and education to families on parenting and child development.
* Connecting families with community resources and support services.
* Conducting home visits to assess living situations and provide in-home support.
* Working towards family reunification when possible.
Skills
To excel in this role, you will need:
* At least 6 months of prior experience working with children in a residential setting within the UK.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Registration under the PVG scheme.
* A full driving license (preferred).
* An SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification (desirable).
