We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support ongoing projects across pharma, medtech, and ESG domains. The role involves data extraction, structuring, validation, and repeat analytics to generate actionable insights for global healthcare clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets (Excel, CSV, PDF scraping), automating repetitive tasks, and ensuring clean, structured outputs for analysis and visualization.
Responsibilities
* Extract and clean data from public sources (tender portals, procurement databases, regulatory websites, etc. ).
* Structure unorganized data into standardized formats for analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, or Python scripts).
* Run prompts on Knowledge stacks, help in cleaning and structuring folders, and analyse data logically.
* Conduct repeat data refreshes and quality checks across multiple country datasets.
* Support the preparation of analytical dashboards, pricing trackers, and summary tables.
* Assist in market access and pricing analytics, including competitive benchmarking and tender analysis.
* Maintain organized data repositories for multi-country healthcare projects.
* Support documentation and coordination with consultants on ad-hoc data queries.
Requirements
* Healthcare (MedTech and Pharma) experience is mandatory.
* Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, macros).
* Working knowledge of Python (Pandas) or Power BI/Tableau is a strong plus.
* Experience with data cleaning and transformation (especially from PDFs, CSVs, or web pages).
* Comfort with healthcare or pharma datasets (pricing, volumes, tenders, etc. ).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on repetitive yet high-accuracy tasks.
* Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Background
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or research roles (preferably in healthcare, consulting, or analytics firms).
* Prior exposure to global or tender-based market access analytics is desirable.
