In this people leadership role, technical skills isn't required, you'll be motivating, guiding, and supporting your team to deliver high-quality work on time, every time. You’ll spend most of your time on the floor, working alongside your team, setting the pace, solving day-to-day issues, and ensuring work runs smoothly and safely. Working closely with other shift leaders, you will regularly review performance, share updates and tackle any concerns. This role covers our late shift: 13:35 to 22:15. What You’ll Do Lead, motivate and support a team of technicians. Be visible on the floor — guide best practice, answer questions, and help solve problems. Allocate tasks and set clear priorities to meet customer deadlines. Help maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety and quality. Work with the Supervisor and other Team Leaders to share updates and drive improvements. Support basic people processes like sickness reporting and return-to-work meetings. Cover for the Supervisor when needed, including reporting on KPIs. What You’ll Bring Experience leading a team in a busy, task-focused environment — warehousing, logistics, retail or hospitality all welcome. Confident communicating with different people and keeping a team motivated. Strong sense of responsibility, with a hands-on, proactive approach. Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, reporting). Good attention to detail and able to follow processes and encourage others to do the same. A positive attitude — you lead by example and step in where needed.
