Keylime Consultants are working in partnership with a global organisation to appoint a Workday HR & Total Rewards Lead
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking international business, playing a key role in enabling global HR functions through total rewards delivery, benchmarking and effective use of Workday reporting and analytics.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience using Workday HCM, including EIBs, reporting and data extraction, along with solid experience supporting total rewards activities across multiple countries. This is a global role focused on operational delivery, workforce reporting and ensuring alignment with established frameworks.
This is a permanent position offered on a REMOTE basis with some flexibility required for planned international travel.
Reporting to the Global HR leadership team, you will support the delivery of total rewards programmes, provide accurate reporting and insights and help colleagues across the business make the best use of Workday.
Workday HR & Total Rewards Lead – Responsibilities & Experience:
* Proven experience using Workday HCM including building reports, using EIBs, extracting and manipulating data and working with Excel including pivot tables
* Supporting total rewards activities such as benchmarking with Mercer, salary structures, incentive programmes and benefits
* Helping and training HR colleagues and wider business users on Workday best practice when needed
* Analysing workforce and reward data and translating findings into clear and actionable insights
* Understanding of reward governance and compliance requirements
* Supporting budget planning processes including FTE planning and personnel cost forecasting
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across international teams
* Fluent in English and comfortable working across multiple entities and regions
