Care Assistant - Nights at Avery Healthcare
Location: Dartford, London, and surrounding areas in England (UK). This role involves delivering high standards of personal care to residents, within a supportive team at Avery Healthcare.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of personal care, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
* Assist residents with personal hygiene to promote independence, dignity and respect at all times.
* Recognise and respond to clinical risk areas in residents (e.g., weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infection); escalate identified risks promptly.
* Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
* Practice safe working systems across assigned tasks.

* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

* Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
