Customer Service Officer
Location: Salisbury
Salary: £12.85 per hour (Note: Salisbury City Council is currently undergoing a job evaluation project that is due to impact the salary scale in November, therefore pay is subject to change before the job is offered)
Hours: 35 Hours per week/ 0.95 FTE (hours based on a 4 week rota), 5 days a week including a rota of weekends.

About You
We're in search of a capable team player, ideally from a customer service background. If you are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and thrive in building meaningful customer relationships through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, you're exactly who we need.
