Key responsibilities for the Metering & Connections Coordinator:
1. Manage metering projects end-to-end: new connections, smart installations, and upgrades
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
3. Act as the main point of contact for metering suppliers and service providers
4. Build strong client relationships and tailor solutions to meet energy needs
5. Support compliance, audits, and maintain accurate project documentation
6. Identify process improvements and contribute to cross-functional collaboration
Skills and Experience required for the Metering & Connections coordinator:
7. Energy industry experience (specifically within Metering) - Essential
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
9. Strong organisational abilities and a sharp eye for prioritising tasks
10. Proactive problem-solver with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
11. Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment and work flexibly across business areas
12. Familiarity with third-party agents like MAMs, MOPs, or DCs
13. Confidence working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a bonus
