We are recruiting for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Kirkby. The role involves working closely with the Early Years team to provide tailored support, helping every child to thrive in a safe and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Support teaching and learning in Early Years, adapting activities to meet individual needs. Provide one-to-one assistance for pupils with SEN, ensuring they stay engaged and make progress. Collaborate with class teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and learning resources. Contribute to maintaining an inclusive, positive classroom environment. Requirements: Previous experience working in a UK Early Years setting with SEN pupils. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A valid DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
