Job Description: Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee nationwide fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality across all phases. Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end fit-out projects across various locations nationwide, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed project plans using Primavera P6, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution. Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Utilise Civil 3D for design coordination and to support technical project requirements. Monitor project progress regularly, providing updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Manage project documentation meticulously, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Ensure effective utilisation of resources through excellent time management skills to optimise productivity across multiple projects. Qualifications Proven experience in managing fit-out or construction projects on a national scale. Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning. Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for design coordination and technical support. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Demonstrated expertise in time management to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, teams, and external stakeholders. Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields are preferred but not essential.
