This is a key role focused on scaling operations, enhancing service quality, and leading high‑performing teams in a complex pensions environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, develop, and motivate a client services team, driving a high‑performance culture.
* Oversee service delivery against KPIs/SLAs, implementing improvements where needed.
* Act as an escalation point for complex pension (SIPP) queries.
* Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, and product teams.
* Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve client outcomes.
* Manage resource planning to meet growing demand.
Skills & Experience
* Strong leadership experience within financial services client operations.
* Solid understanding of pensions/SIPP and regulatory requirements.
* Proven track record of improving performance and leading through change.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
