We are looking for a highly motivated Case Worker with experience of arranging works to provide advice, assistance and support to older and disabled people and other vulnerable individuals who wish to repair, adapt or improve their homes. You will visit clients in their own homes to offer advice and support on options available to them and work with other agencies to help improve their lives.
You will carry out site visits as directed by the HIA Surveyor Manager, working independently or alongside Occupational Therapists and other relevant professionals where required, to assess the suitability of properties for minor adaptations, repairs, and improvements. The role focuses on supporting clients through the grant process while contributing to casework and scheduling of works, ensuring recommended solutions are practical, appropriate, and aligned with identified needs.
