What You’ll Do
 * Design and deliver FM strategies that harness cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions, driving efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
 * Conduct strategic reviews, applying analytical thinking to perform gap analyses, benchmarking, and roadmap development that align FM with broader business goals.
 * Support contract management for PPP/PFI projects, contributing to operational audits and ensuring excellence in service delivery.
 * Participate in FM procurement evaluations, assessing bidder proposals with precision and integrity to help clients make informed decisions.

Candidate Specification

 * To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements) and have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve one in a property related discipline with a keen interest in facilities management.
 * This opportunity will require you to be eligible to achieve security clearance. Security clearance is dictated by the types of projects we work on and normally requires you to be a UK British national or lived in the UK for five years or more.
