Your Responsibilities
1. To maintain company housekeeping standards
2. To liaise with the production management team to achieve production targets.
3. To carry out fault-finding and repair on packing machinery and process plant
4. To carry out general maintenance on processing and packing machinery
5. Repairing and installing a wide range of mechanical equipment using precision maintenance techniques
6. To operate within Company Health and Safety policies
7. Continuous improvement of equipment and participating in equipment health discussions
8. Using the CMMS system to raise and update work orders.
9. Experience using PLC and pneumatic systems an advantage.
10. Participate in the creation risk assessment and method statements for maintenance tasks.
11. Understanding of maintenance metrics
12. Support organisational goals.
13. Mentor and coach colleges where needed
Your Profile
• C&G, NVQ, ONC or HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical / Mechanical maintenance apprenticeship
• Experience in industrial maintenance environment Your Future Perspective
