The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate (1-5 years PQE) to join the firm's highly rated team in Bristol or Exeter. The team advises clients on various real property issues, including lease renewals, rent recovery, service charges, dilapidations, telecommunications, forfeiture, adverse possession, easements, and land registration.
You will work closely with experienced litigators on contentious issues, representing clients in court, tribunals, arbitrations, and mediations. The firm offers excellent training and career progression opportunities, supporting your professional development.
