Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefits
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - Some overtime available

What You'll Be Doing as a Stairlift Warehouse Manager:
Overseeing day-to-day operations across the warehouse
Implementing structured systems to improve workflow and stock management
Designing and maintaining a clean, logical warehouse layout
Tracking stock manually and managing inventory accuracy
Ordering and replenishing stairlift parts, consumables, and tools
Liaising with suppliers and managing key relationships
Working closely with engineers to resolve issues like missing or damaged stock
Enforcing standard operating procedures across the warehouse team
Leading on warehouse health & safety and compliance
Managing waste processes, including scrap metal recycling
Coordinating internal and external transport to meet strict delivery deadlines
What We're Looking For in a Stairlift Warehouse Manager:
Proven experience in a warehouse management or operations role
Knowledge of stairlift parts and engineering processes is a strong advantage
Proficient in IT and CRM systems for inventory and layout planning
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
High attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude
Willingness to work overtime when needed to maintain high standards
