Quantity Surveyor Location: Birmingham (Site Based) Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Role Overview The Quantity Surveyor will provide commercial and cost management support across demolition, ground remediation and earthworks projects from tender stage through to final account. This includes cost planning, procurement, subcontract management, valuations and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual requirements. The role plays a key part in protecting commercial interests, managing risk and supporting successful project delivery. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with operational and estimating teams to ensure smooth handover from tender to delivery.
