Vertu KIA and Honda Bradford We are seeking an Aftersales Manager to join our exceptional team at Vertu KIA & Honda Bradford. If you wish to become part of one of the UK's largest Motor Retailers, this could be the role for you. We are offering a basic salary of £45,000 with an OTE of £60,000 plus excellent Company Benefits. The successful applicant will demonstrate that they are both values and goal driven and have the ambition to work with both of the iconic KIA and Honda brands. As the Aftersales Manager you will lead a team of Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts Advisors, along with both the Service Manager and Parts Manager. Together you will ensure that you meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The primary responsibilities of the role are: · To monitor and control costs in line with the business plan whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service. · To take responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer national average. · Build a solid relationship with our manufacturer partners and comply with their standards. · Maintain a safe working environment, complying with Health and Safety regulations. · Monitor colleague engagement and performance. · To lead and develop colleagues to drive a strong performance and grow the customer data base. · Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data according to Group standards. You must have a successful track record within the role, ideally with Franchise experience in the Motor Industry. You should validate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability, and operating efficiency. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential as you will lead your team to achieve their business objectives. You will drive the business forward, maximize customer satisfaction, and manage the team effectively.
