Thrive Group are delighted to be supporting our client in Warminster who are actively looking to recruit a Customer Success Specialist to join the team on a temp to permanent basis (for the right candidate). The role is predominately based in Warminster, with a requirement to also work in Chippenham.
What you will be doing:
To provide outstanding customer service on both incoming and proactive outgoing customer enquiries and be able to manage customer expectations and assist in resolving queries.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
* Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns or managing accounts.
* Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
What you will need to succeed:
* Previous experience working in a call centre / customer service environment.
* Able to work to deadlines under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* IT Literacy.
What you will receive in return:
1. £26,000 to £27,000 per annum
2. 37.5 hour working week with 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
