Operations Manager - £80,000 - £90,000 + bonus
We are working with a leading organisation seeking an Operations Manager with experience in the financial services sector, including FCA regulations. The successful candidate will oversee 5 operational areas across the business, from customer support to technical support and project delivery.
The role entails full responsibility for developing and implementing strategies and being an integral part of the leadership team.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience in full people management, including conducting appraisals, setting objectives, and daily management.
* Experience in designing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, from system implementation to training.
* Full responsibility for leading projects to completion, setting SLAs, and ensuring targets are met.
* Managing technology and third-party partners effectively.
* Ownership of departmental budgets.
* Proficiency in advanced Excel, with knowledge of SQL and PowerBI.
* A solid understanding of technology systems and the ability to identify potential enhancements.
