If so we have an exciting position for a Client Sales Specialist to join our Public Sector Business Markets Sales team. In this role you be managing and maintaining Vodafone Customers in the Public Sector segment by maintaining existing revenues and implementing sales actions places to develop and close new business opportunities for customer accounts. Understands the Public Sector industry, customer goals and priorities. Creates and implements a customer specific account strategy and sales action plan in line with Vodafone's product and service portfolio including: Fixed networks, MPN, MEC, IoT, Cloud (IaaS, SaaS UCaaS) & mobile Implement and manage local contingency plans to address internal/external business issues that impact upon revenue, cost or margin Drive NPS improvement through delivering end to end customer experience through creating, development and maintenance of effective business relationships Who you are Experience of selling complex tech solutions within the Public Sector Experience of successfully implementing sales plans achieving significant business revenue growth Experience in complex solution based sales of technology and communication services within public sector Good understanding of the product and service portfolio including; fixed networks, MPN, MEC, IoT, Cloud (IaaS, SaaS, UCaaS) and mobile Sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange complex information Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
