Care and Support Worker Level 2 – Children’s Safe Accommodation
Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to a pending pay award. The final salary will be adjusted in line with the nationally agreed pay award.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 2 – Care and Support Waking Nights within our Children’s Safe Accommodation provision in Ceredigion. These roles will work on a rota covering day and night shifts supporting the needs of the service. These roles are a fundamental part of a wider team including a Registered Manager, Assistant Manager, and Level 3 – Care and Support.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting a child-centred approach to practice, with a solid career history in children’s residential care or similar care and support provision.

While we are seeking individuals with a degree of fluency in Welsh, we welcome applications from non-Welsh speakers.
