As an Administrator you will be providing both clerical and administrative support to the Business, either as part of a team or individually. You will be involved in the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. In some cases, you may oversee and supervise the work of junior staff. Most of the work involves both written and oral communication, word processing and typing, and requires relevant skills such as IT, organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure within a team.

Day to Day Duties
As an Administrator, your duties will involve but not limited to:
* You must be able to maintain paper and electronic records in line with procedures and respond to internal & external service information requirements in consultation with the Line Manager
* You must be able to maintain high standards of quality in record keeping ensuring information is always recorded accurately, appropriately and kept up to date, Experience of carrying out administrative duties to complete a piece of work in a methodical, efficient, and timely manner to meet a set deadline.
* You will be using word processing (and at least one other Microsoft Office Software Package, Microsoft Excel )

Desirable Experience
* Experience working as an Administrator or secretary within an office-based environment will be beneficial for this role but not essential.
* Experience of working in a warehouse environment.
* Ideally, you will have previous experience of using WMS system before and understands how this works (experience is SAP or JDA if possible)
