What you’ll bring
* Creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of predictive models within the claims department.
* Apply data science techniques to model customer behaviours to drive better decision‑making, improve the customer journey, business outcomes and cost controls.
* Adhere to our governance framework to keep data safe.
What we are looking for
* Previous experience working with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks to create and maintain AI/ML models.
* Experience working with large, complicated datasets.
* An ability to manage your own workload and reprioritise when required.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills to share insights with technical and non‑technical audiences.
