We're now looking for a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team, supporting our developments across Essex. You'll take pride in completing a range of repair and maintenance tasks within newly built, occupied homes — ensuring our homeowners enjoy their property to the highest possible standard. About the role
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you'll handle a mix of hands-on maintenance tasks and coordination with contractors, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to Dandara's high standards.
What you'll do
1. Carry out day-to-day maintenance, repair, and finishing tasks within occupied homes.
2. Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing, joinery, painting, or general property defects.
3. Coordinate with contractors and the site team for larger works.
4. Schedule and manage visits with homeowners in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Ensure all works are logged, tracked, and completed in line with company processes.
