As the Sales Executive for Eclipse Hotels, you will be assisting the Regional Director of Sales with the properties within the Eclipse portfolio. The Sales Executive will help in developing sales and marketing delivery for the hotels to make sure plans are implemented, results are monitored and sales goals are achieved. Schedule meetings and/or business group activities at the hotel and coordinate with other hotel-level departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the hotel and prospective clients. Work together with all departments to achieve budgeted revenues and sales goals. Work with the DOS to produce Sales and Marketing materials to promote and sell the properties Help monitor sales results with production of sales reporting to the DOS of the hotels Job Requirements 2 years experience in Sales or Front Office within a branded hotel environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Customer-focused, with a proactive and results-driven approach Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with hotel sales systems (such as CRM and PMS preferred) How will you achieve this?
