This is a hands on role focusing on invoicing, client and supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Duties
1. Assist with processing invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and promptly
2. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
3. Facilitating insurance programme invoicing and documentation across the property portfolio
4. Maintain organised records of financial transactions and documentation
5. Supporting compliance with client money regulations and internal controls
6. Reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy across various financial systems
7. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
8. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding financial queries
