Sales Development Representatives (Permanent, Full Time)

Salary– £24,570 per annum (fixed) plus £10,000 OTC
Location– Hull, Carr Lane, 2 days office based minimum

What You’ll Be Doing
* Proactively identify and reach out to potential business customers.
* Use a mix of calls, emails, and LinkedIn to start meaningful conversations.
* Qualify leads and assess their potential to become long-term customers.
* Support marketing campaigns, contribute to event planning, and share feedback on lead quality.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
* Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.
* Work closely with your manager on a tailored personal development plan.
What We’re Looking For
* Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
* Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to grow.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Curious and passionate about sales and customer engagement.
* Committed to continuous improvement and personal development.
* IT literate, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Degree‑educated and ready to launch a career in sales.
