Are you an enthusiastic leader with a passion for kitchenware? ProCook, the UK's fastest growing kitchenware retailer, is looking for a talented Store Manager to take charge of our new Canterbury Store opening in October 2025.
Your Role:
As Store Manager, you will create an engaging atmosphere for customers while leading your team to deliver exceptional service. You will ensure the store operates smoothly, drives sales, and enhances the ProCook brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Foster a customer-first environment that encourages excellent service.
2. Lead and develop a high-performing team.
3. Supervise daily store operations to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Manage inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards.
5. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
3. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for kitchenware.
4. Proficient in analyzing sales and managing inventory.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
