The Role: Lead on the day-to-day management of student wellbeing and pastoral support Act as a key point of contact for students requiring additional emotional or behavioural support Work closely with Heads of Year, SENCOs, safeguarding leads, and external agencies Monitor attendance, behaviour, and engagement, implementing early interventions as required Support a positive and respectful school culture through consistent application of behaviour policies Maintain accurate records and contribute to individual support plans The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in a pastoral, behavioural, or inclusion-focused role within a school or youth setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families A calm, empathetic, and solution-focused approach Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Knowledge of safeguarding practices and relevant pastoral frameworks (desirable) Why Join Through Tradewind Recruitment?
