Domain Leadership You'll provide comprehensive functional expertise across business processes, system design, security frameworks, compliance, and KPI reporting for SAP HR/Payroll operations.
Delivery Excellence Lead project initiatives from blueprint to deployment, coordinating release cycles, defining testing strategies, and ensuring seamless integration without business disruption.
Continuous Innovation Shape the roadmap through regular reviews, improvement workshops, stakeholder engagement, and Special Interest Group participation.
✅ What You'll Bring
Essential Experience:
* Proven track record as an SME in SAP ERP HR & Payroll
* Deep expertise in either Payroll/HR processes or SAP ERP functionality
* Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve complex functional and technical issues
* Hands-on experience delivering HR and Payroll migrations
Your Profile:
* Degree-qualified or equivalent
* Natural problem-solver who can translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
