Hours:
Monday - Friday, 12 hours per day. 06:00 - 18:00 Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business.
Office-based with occasional travel to sites during shift time, use of company response vehicle for these trips.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Keyholding Manager to oversee our large and continually growing keyholding department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Mobile Response Officers, ensuring the safe and efficient management of client keys, and responding to alarm activations and emergencies promptly and effectively. The Keyholding Security Manager will play a crucial role in upholding the security standards and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of Mobile Response Officers, including recruitment, training, rotas and performance management.
* Oversee the safe and secure storage and management of client keys in compliance with required industry standards.
* Responding to alarm activations and call-outs, ensuring swift and effective resolution of security incidents.
* Coordinate with clients to understand their specific security requirements and provide tailored keyholding solutions to meet their needs.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
* Maintain accurate records of all keyholding activities, including incident reports, key movements using the Smart Task system.
* Work closely with the Control Room Team and Management to ensure all alarm activations are completed within agreed SLAs
* Uphold a strong focus on customer service, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to understand their security needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to keyholding services, including data protection and security industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the security industry, ideally with a specific focus on keyholding services.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make quick decisions.
* Familiarity with relevant security technologies, including alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and access control systems.
* A valid SIA license is required.
* A full UK driving license is preferred, driving will be required with the use of a company response vehicle.
