The Person
Experience as a Sales Manager, or a similar role
Confident Communicator
Resilient and Hardworking
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and target orientated environment
The Role
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business to the hotel
Conduct market research by identifying emerging trends and competitor activity
Represent the company at sales events and client meetings
Be responsible for the Sales Executives, ensuring they are managed in compliance with company standards
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management
