Commercial Property Associate Solicitor / Legal Director / Head of Department - Chester Full-Time | £55,000 - £75,000 | ChesterA well-established and ambitious law firm in Chester is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding real estate team. This role is flexible in seniority and presents an excellent opportunity for an Associate, Legal Director, or an experienced professional ready to step into a Head of Department position.Key Responsibilities:Managing a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development mattersAdvising a broad client base including developers, investors, landlords, and corporate occupiersHandling complex and high-value transactions with minimal supervisionSupervising and mentoring junior team members (for senior candidates)Playing a key role in business development and networking activitiesContributing to the strategic growth and direction of the department (particularly at Head of level)About You:Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in commercial property lawDemonstrable technical expertise across a wide range of real estate mattersAbility to manage your own caseload independentlyStrong commercial awareness and client management skillsExperience supervising or leading a team (essential for Legal Director/Head level)Ambitious, proactive, and driven to contribute to team growthIn Return:Competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience and level)Flexible seniority with clear progression opportunitiesHigh-quality work and established client baseSupportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunity to shape and grow a departmentFor more information or to apply, please get in touch.
