In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring every pupil—regardless of need—has access to a full and enriching school experience. You’ll work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted learning activities that support literacy, numeracy, and the wider curriculum, helping students achieve their personal academic success. You’ll take the lead on delivering pre-planned sessions to small groups, support students with EHCPs, and give feedback to teachers based strategies to meet individual needs. Whether it’s contributing to curriculum planning, using ICT to boost independence, or supporting students during break times and school trips, your work will be central to our mission of providing a great education for every child. About us Tortworth Primary School is a small school with a big heart. The rural setting means the school is lucky to have extensive outdoor space, including a large forest school area which staff and children love using to enhance learning; a school field and access to another large field; a peace garden and an area with wooden play equipment. The school is currently split into three classes and also has a separate library and hall.
