We are presently looking for new Care Workers to join our amazing teams. There are many shift patterns available, such as 12-hour days, 12-hour nights, and 2-hour unpaid breaks. Another shift pattern is living in 12 hours throughout the day with 2 hours of unpaid breaks and sleeping at night.
Candidates who are successful must have worked with clients who needed complex care before and must show passion and empathy toward clients and the duties of the role. You will need to give your clients a lot of attention so they may stay as independent as possible. You will also have the chance to work alone and with others. For this job, you need to be able to adapt and be friendly.
The job is varied and hard, but it pays off in a big way.
Duties include:
* Helping with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing and going to the bathroom
* Helping with medications
* Full body hoist, Zara stable, and standing hoist help in moving about.
* Making food
* Doing small chores around the house and shopping when needed
* Providing social and emotional support, such as going out with friends and making phone calls to keep in touch
* Keeping infections under control
* Doing any extra chores that are needed
* Give complicated care to people who have a tracheostomy.
gastronomy, end-of-life care, spinal cord injuries, bowel management, stoma care, and a client with NIV

* Essential: a background and skills in healthcare or nursing
