Responsibilities:
1. Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements related to payment systems and processes.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
3. Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
4. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
5. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.
6. Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of payment solutions.
7. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
8. Act as a subject matter expert in the payments domain, providing guidance and support to other team members.
9. Conduct user acceptance testing and validate system changes to ensure alignment with business needs.
10. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the payments team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience in the payments domain, with a focus on business analysis.
* Strong understanding of payment systems, technologies, and industry regulations.
* Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
* Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
* Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with payment processing platforms and technologies.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) and Agile (Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in digital payments and emerging payment technologies.
* Knowledge of global payment standards and practices.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
