We’re expanding our commercial team and looking for a confident and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing office in Chippenham.
The Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential new clients. Your role will focus on making outbound calls to local businesses, introducing Elevate Cloud’s services, and booking qualified appointments for our field-based sales team to follow up on.
This is a key role in our growth strategy – ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys speaking to new people every day.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to businesses across Wiltshire and surrounding areas
• Build rapport quickly and identify potential pain points or opportunities
• Qualify leads and arrange on-site appointments for our external sales consultants
• Log activity and manage follow-ups using our CRM system
• Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and outreach
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly KPIs and targets
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Confidence, resilience, and a proactive approach
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt your pitch to different businesses
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, or appointment setting is a bonus – but not essential, as full training will be provided
