Client Experience Host – Part Time (15hrs per week)
As the Client Experience Host, you will support the Sales Consultants and the wider store team to ensure all clients receive an exceptional and memorable experience. This hands‑on role involves spending a lot of time on the shop floor and carrying out administrative duties in the back office. Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to engage with clients from the moment they enter our stores, creating a personal and luxury experience that goes above and beyond expectations.
Responsibilities
• Provide top‑notch client service on the shop floor and in the back office.
• Support Sales Consultants and team members to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain accurate administration and data entry in the back office.
Qualifications
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.
* Ability to build rapport and long‑lasting relationships with clients.
* Great understanding of what constitutes an exceptional customer experience.
* Experience working within a high‑performing team.
* Excellent organisational skills.
