Job Description
* Deliver a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and guests.
* Manage reception, visitor sign-in processes, calls, and email enquiries.
* Maintain high standards across all front-of-house and guest areas.
* Handle customer queries and complaints, providing prompt resolutions.
* Build strong relationships with clients, occupiers, and stakeholders.
* Support customer engagement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance the visitor experience.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies.
* Assist with administrative tasks, database management, and reporting.
* Provide support across multiple sites when required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in reception, front of house, hospitality, or customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach.
