Industrial Disease/ PI Chartered Legal ExecutiveCardiffA top-tier Legal 100 firm is looking for a Chartered Legal Executive to join their Cardiff office for a maternity cover contract. You’ll work on a lively multitrack PI and industrial disease caseload, handling files from pre-action to settlement or trial, with client contact from day one.What you’ll do:Manage and progress a variety of PI and industrial disease claims.Draft key documents, liaise with counsel and experts, and prepare trial-ready bundles.Attend hearings and support ADR/settlement negotiations.Supervise trainees/paralegals and contribute to team know-how.What we’re looking for:Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with at least 1 PQE.
