Production Merchandiser- 12 months FTC (Maternity Cover)
Reporting to: Operations Director
Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term (40 hours, 5 days per week)

We are looking for a proactive Product Merchandiser to join our Production and Operations Teams on a 12-month fixed term basis. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the 360 process of fashion supplying and manufacturing.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production and critical path for CMT sites in Indonesia, as well as new factories joining in Cambodia and China.
Maintain and monitor the critical path to ensure key dates are met
Oversee the full order management process from order confirmation through to delivery
Liaise daily with factories and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth operations
Monitor production schedules and proactively resolve delays or issues
Update factories with colour-ups, lab dips, and bulk fabric information
Work closely with Garment Techs, Sales, Merchandisers, and Production teams to provide updates and support
Create factory dockets using the BlueCherry system
Support the Trim Buyer by following up on issues, providing process guidance, and keeping her informed on trim sample approvals made in alignment with Sales feedback
Send handovers to factories and keep PLM systems updated with the latest order information and delivery timelines
rack POs and customer documents with the Sales team to ensure on-time delivery
Lead weekly production meetings with factories and internal teams to review timelines, flag issues, and follow up on outstanding actions
Manage workload effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines to ensure smooth production flow
Liaise with the Logistics team to ensure timely nominations and booking arrangements
Review, approve FOBs and CM pricing on the invoices.
Person Specification:
Previous experience in a production or merchandising role
Solid understanding of the production process
Experience with critical path management and production scheduling
Proven track record in managing supplier and factory relationships
Proactive and results-focused approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
