Sales Advisor – Dundee Employment Type – Permanent Salary – Competitive Commission Are you a dedicated Sales Advisor in the Dundee area seeking a new role with one of the leading brands in the industry? Our client is a respected national homebuilder with an established reputation for building outstanding quality family homes and providing excellent customer service. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Advisor to join the Sales team for their development in Dundee reporting to the Sales Manager to deliver one of their key developments in the region. The Role: Duties of the role will include: Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process. Be the constant point of reference for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale. Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines. Meeting all administrative and reporting requirements according to company policies and agreed time-frames. Proactively undertaking market research, price bench-marking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets for the development. Searching proactively for target customers and creating appointments. Measuring customer satisfaction to the required level. Undertaking inspections and introducing the customer to their new home. Ensuring familiarisation and ‘after care’ of customers at defined intervals following their move-in date. Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site against legal requirements and company policy. Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit Sales Manual. What you will bring: Sales experience from a variety of customer-focused sales backgrounds will be considered. You will be self-motivated, target driven and organised with IT proficiency.
