Our key client is a leadership development business with a bold mission: to rid the world of bad bosses and replace them with leaders who inspire, coach, and empower.
They are hiring their first Programme Manager to join on a part-time contract (2 days/week, remote) and play a crucial role in helping the organisation scale.
The day rate will be dependent on experience.
What you’ll do:
* Manage end-to-end programme delivery: onboarding learners, setting up contracts, scheduling sessions, and sharing comms.
* Support coaches and clients: upload profiles, manage calendars, and make sure meetings, Zoom links, and updates run seamlessly.
* Keep systems up to date: manage programme platforms, process invoices, and oversee client/coach communications.
* Improve operations: streamline admin, introduce automation, and suggest better ways of working.
* Partner with the founders: help prioritise tasks, track actions, and make sure projects stay on schedule.
What we’re looking for:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident with digital tools (Trello, Miro, Typeform, MailerLite, Google Drive).
* Strong communicator and proactive problem solver.
* Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity — this is the organisation’s first hire into operations.
