* Partner with leaders to deliver on business transformations and growth initiatives, supporting regional Agile projects
* Lead on all employee relations matters02guiding managers on performance, compliance, grievances, conflicts, and union/works council topics
* Manage escalations from HR Operations Centers and oversee special HR projects
* Support the execution of HR strategies that empower our people and business success
What we 0 0re looking for:
* 5+ years02experience as an HR Generalist, Employee Relations Manager, or similar in a global, dynamic environment
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee relations best practices
* Experience in a global, matrixed organization is a plus
* Bachelor 2019s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
