Experienced veterinary receptionist wanted for independent mobile vet clinic - work from Old Trafford office – 1 x 10 hour day weekly

We are a mobile small animal veterinary clinic based from south Manchester - covering the local area offering consultations, vaccinations and surgery on the client's doorstep.
We're seeking a friendly, reliable and organized receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
We're seeking a part time receptionist to cover a 10 hour day each week.
Work is carried out from our central office in Old Trafford and would entail answering customer queries over the phone, email and social media, receiving deliveries and admin work. Very occasionally clients may visit to collect medications or ashes.
This means a less stressful workload as you are not having to deal with answering the phone and with face to face customers at the same time. It does however mean you will be on your own for the majority of the time as we are out visiting clients, so you must be self motivated to keep working to a high standard with minimal supervision.
