Our research is challenge-led and world leading. You will hold a PhD in a cognate area of operations and supply chain management and bring a strong track record of world leading research outputs, grant capture and contributions to your field’s research environment. We are keen to receive applications from candidates with expertise which aligns with the interests of our interdisciplinary research centres, particularly concerning AI and sustainability in global supply chains, logistics systems, and the circular economy. You will have a robust pipeline of forthcoming outputs and a clear plan to advance your research agenda that aligns with the institution’s RH2030s strategy.

You will have an evidenced record of high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in operations management, logistics, project management, and supply chain analytics, and will be able to showcase examples of innovative pedagogic practice. You will also be able to demonstrate examples of how you have successfully embedded industry collaboration into your teaching practice, to equip students with the employability skills and professional knowledge to excel in their careers. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates who have experience in designing and facilitating executive education.
The post is based across the university’s main campus in Egham, Surrey and our Central London campus.
