Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking to a recruit full time Parts Co-ordinator to join our busy Aftercare & Service team.
* Key responsibilities
* Source & purchase parts in line with quality and budgetary guidelines.
* Monitoring and controlling stock levels to ensure our Mobile Service Engineers have a constant supply.
* Update internal and external customers on progress of parts supply.
* Accurately checking in deliveries against order lists, ensuring correct parts and quantities.
* Prepare and process dispatch paperwork including progress sheets, picking lists and delivery notes.
* Keeping information accurate and up-to-date on our in-house systems.
* Manage courier relationships to ensure best service possible.
* Building strong relationships with internal teams, customers and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
* Perform regular inventory audits.
