What do you need?
* Experience leading a team and developing a business.
* Current roles might include commercial catering manager, school kitchen manager, care home head chef, sous chef, deputy kitchen manager, or manager of an independent business.
* Ability to drive to support business needs within your district during training.
What will you be doing?
* During your 6 months of training, you will develop into a Head Chef capable of:
* Training and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality food.
* Driving sales and guest satisfaction to meet targets.
* Managing food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
* Ensuring your team complies with health and hygiene regulations.
