Key Responsibilities: Partner relationship management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our SME-focused partners, HR platforms, and IFAs. You’ll keep them engaged, trained, and excited to refer their clients to us. Marketing & engagement: You won't just talk to partners; you’ll help them sell. You’ll contribute to co-branded webinars, case studies, and newsletters, ensuring our partners have the best-in-class assets to succeed. Operational excellence: You’ll handle the "nuts and bolts" that keep the department moving - maintaining accurate CRM records (Pipedrive), generating commission reports, and managing the team's administrative workflow. Training & onboarding: You’ll assist our Partnerships Managers in qualifying new leads and eventually lead your own training sessions for partner teams. Affiliate growth: Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to help grow and optimize our web-based affiliate partner channel. About you: 1–2 years experience: You’ve cut your teeth in a B2B role (like Marketing or PR), Account Management, or a Sales/Marketing support role. Comfortable picking up the phone, leading a Zoom training session, and building rapport with diverse stakeholders. You’re the person who catches the typo in the presentation and loves a well-organised CRM.
