Purpose of the Role: You will be a true Brand Ambassador who interacts easily with a variety of customers, promoting customer service excellence and contributing to the in-store customer journey and experience. You will display knowledge across product, store systems and processes, and provide engaging styling options to exceed customer expectations. This role supports store KPI’s and overall performance through personal productivity and by assisting store management with specific responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* As a supervisory member of the team, lead and empower colleagues to place the customer at the heart of everything we do.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by following Moss Essential Steps of Service and offering bespoke advice.
* Maintain high productivity and seize opportunities to maximise sales and services goals, contributing to business KPI’s.
* Demonstrate strong product knowledge across Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store and apply this to tailor the customer experience and support DM & SM.
* Utilise sales and customer data to inform interactions and drive store success and customer satisfaction.
* Improve store performance and customer experience using feedback from Feefo, Mystery Shops and other tools.
* Assist store management with stockroom and back area housekeeping, deliveries, stock handling, and adherence to stock & cash control procedures.
* Follow the Appointment process and ensure customers are contacted prior to visits with status information recorded.
* Open and close the store in the absence of management as a supervisory team member.
* Balance cash at the end of the day and follow correct procedures.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Technical: Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
* Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and industry standards.
* POS systems familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems.
* Knowledge in data analytics, leveraging sales and performance insights to drive store success and improve customer experiences.
